Legal disclosureThe recipient may disclose the depositor`s confidential information to the extent and to persons or entities required by the national law, rule, regulation or ordinance in force, provided that the addressee: (i) immediately informs the depositor in writing of this disclosure obligation, so that the public can request restrictions or derogations from this disclosure obligation, and (ii) at the request of the disc drive, cooperate appropriately in such efforts of the discloser.
